Letters to the Candidate

You can also download the following letters for use with candidates (both are Word documents so that you can add salutation details):

Letter of Invitation - which thanks the candidate for their application and sets out the process, including attending the Lodge General Purposes Committee (GPC)
Letter to the Initiate - which tells the candidate that their application has been successful, and what the next steps are, including dress requirements for the initiation, the date of the meeting and fees.
